Ladies Festivals in Cork

Cork

Founded in the 6th century when St Finbarr established a church and a school, Cork is the second city in Ireland and claims to be its cultural capital.

Cork enjoys all the usual facilities of an important commercial and industrial centre, with a unique atmosphere. The River Lee almost bisects the city, and attracts hungry seagulls, white swans and giant freighters to the centre of the town. The city is within easy reach of Dublin and Rosslare, making it an ideal location for a weekend break.

You have a choice of two hotels. The 3* Imperial Hotel is situated on the tree lined South Mall in the city centre. All the rooms have private facilities, colour TV and direct dial telephone. The function rooms are extremely attractive and the food is of a very high standard.

Set in its own riverside grounds of 5 acres, Jury's hotel offers excellent facilities. The rooms are very well appointed and have en suite facilities, colour TV with satellite channel and direct.
